Do I smell a multiple margin increase for gold in the wind?

I've heard tell how it wouldn't work for gold, like it did for silver and oil, but with options expiry in commodities next week, and gold stubbornly holding it's own, what's a greedy, crooked banker to do?

Also, note the approx 25% spread between WTIC and Brent crude. Whats with that??!!??
