Yes, I am invested in ECU, but I personally have all of my share certificates.
I expect the FIAT market to collapse eventually, and gold (and silver) to become the true money.
The bullion I hold will be my insurance and primary source of value and I hope to use my ECU certificates as a means of trade if required (What better proof of ownership in a producing mining company, than shares).
If I'm right, proof of ownership in any PM company could prove to be valuable and negotiable if the actual markets collapse.
ECU shares are the only company shares I expect to keep (They did not cost me "big bucks"because I bought them really cheap, after doing extensive DD, so even if I am wrong, my downside is more than protected by the bullion I hold. ECU will be the "gravy on the "Meat and Potatoes."
"Paper gold" will be redeemed for more paper, imo.
