For the life of me, I can't understand why some deep pockets don't roll up 3 or 4 of these juniors (Producers/Near-Producers) in Mexico like GPR, EDR and SVL into one entity. They would instantly get re-rated at least 50%-100% higher by attaining mid-tier status. Has happened in many other industries. Anyone have $250 million?
