Regarding Barric's announcement and Gartman's brief Barric discussion:
We know from a few years past that Barric is a tool of the cabal. They are the source of a lot of paper "supply" acting on behalf of the Fed. They stated this in their trial. So in my take on this the cabal is pulling Barric's strings and looking for some kind of exit from their massive short positions.
They (the boyz) have sold promises they can't keep, gambling on anything but requirement to deliver physical. Barric's hedges of gold in the ground gave the cabal "balance" on their books.
The Chinese have threatened to default on their derivatives due to their counter parties (the boyz) manipulation of the underlying price of the commodity (precious metals). Given the list of fundamental positives for gold and silver listed here numerous times, I think we are seeing the retreat in real time.
I don’t know how long it will take, but our time is coming. The metals, ECU, all gold and silver stocks will have their time in the sun and it will make $1,000 and $20 look like pennies.
