This statement makes no sense...you are stating two different things that are unrelated, without any reference.

Also, why would you want Canada as part of a 'united front' with America? It is because they are NOT united that Canada will prosper as part of the new economy lead by the BRIC. Canada's resources havent been sold a couple of generations into the future. I like to think of Canada is the missing C in BRIC'C'....
