Morn D: For the past few days 007 ( TD Securities ) has been the featured seller. Very frustrating indeed. Silver up over 10% higher than mid day yesterday and ECU ....

This is NOT sector wide. ECU is the exception and one thing that frustrates me most is the reason. What is the real reason? I have read enough opinions, but nothing that strikes me as the real cause. A for profit motive would not keep putting out lower asks in view of a rising market.

Good volume + Good value does not equal under perform.
