Under existing rules and regulations, a proposed share consolidation at a ratio of greater than one new share for ten old shares, must be approved by shareholders at a Special Meeting. If that approval is obtained, the Board of Directors then has the power, but not the obligation, to consolidate the share structure at a ratio up to, or equal to, that approved by shareholders.
The Board of Directors of Golden Hope will not arbitrarily exercise that authority, if it is obtained from shareholders at the Special Meeting. It will certainly not take place automatically.
