thats what Earl was bringing to the attention of everyone... while he may have rattled a hornets nest, the responsibility has been squarely placed on Hoov's sholders...

He has taken that challenge on... and I sincerley hope that he is able to monitor and understand in an unbiased fashion the performance of the board and management.

this could be his finest hour!! he has taken on a huge expectation.
