Start up a mini mill and I will contribute 4 weeks of my holidays in the labor of that puppy... And, you can take that to the bank...

Now, I'm not saying "when" those 4 weeks are, but I would LOVE to see that country aorund Montreal. If only I could afford to even go out there for a "site visit"!!! Sorry, just dreamin'. I'm saving all my money to average down my buy-in cost. I'm not going against what PC says, I'm just trying to average my price down so I can sell someday for a profit :-)
