i apologize in advance for any infighting this may cause on the board but i get the impression that there is an 800 lb guerilla in the room that should be discussed. at least some discussion/understanding might help alleviate some concerns. Maybe i misunderstand the situation. i'd like to know where we stand now.
May 6 expiration of warrants.... glori had posted awhile back that a large number of warrants expire May 6th (to the tune of about 8mil shares i believe).
the latest interview with frank suggests that the RE will be out in the beginning of may. I chopped some out but here's why I say that...“Holes 181 through 194 are still outstanding, so that’s 13 holes outstanding from our campaign which we stopped about three weeks ago. We’re expecting those holes back or most of those holes back within the next two weeks or so. The 43-101 will be published very shortly after most of those holes are in—not all the holes but some of those holes have been deemed very important."
can someone help explain this situation? do the warrants come with a hold period if excersized or are they immediately tradeable? as far as i know they may have already been excersized but my concern is more about someone dumping millions of additional shares after the RE comes out and slowing the PPS growth. judging by the PPS action the last couple months it seems someone else is taking an active role in keeping the PPS at/below .25.....again, i apologize if i step on any toes with this post but i think it's an 800Lb Guerilla that needs some acknowledgment.
