Thank you for visiting Foundation Resources Inc website. We are a publicly traded mineral resource exploration company trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol (FDN:TSX).

Developing high potential gold area on the Coldstream property - host of past producer East Coldstream. In addition, it is adjacent to a 43-101 Compliant Inferred Resource of 1.5 million ounces of gold and located in a well known area for gold. Xstrata holds the ownership of ground along the same belt - further confirming the potential of the region.

Initial development will consist of preliminary assessment of the property - which will likely include consolidation and synethesis of historic information, ground confirmation, and additional surface work to define existing and new drill targets. Confirming historic drill results and testing new targets will follow the preliminary review.

Foundation is a mineral exploration company focused on exploration and development of high potential gold zones on the Coldstream and Burchell properties. The properties are located in the Western Superior geological province of the Canadian Shield which is noted for hosting prolific gold deposits in Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Hiner has more than 30 years of experience in worldwide resource exploration and management. Mr. Hiner has managed projects from the conceptual exploration stage to positive feasibility and finance level studies on proven deposits in South America, North America, and Africa.
Jerry Bella

Mr. Bella is a Certified General Accountant with over 20 years experience as a director and CFO of various companies trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. He oversees all the financial affairs of the Company on a day to day basis and works closely with other senior management members in meeting FDN goals and objectives.
Mike Koziol

Director

Mr Koziol is a geoscientist with 30 years of experience exploring for gold and base metals in the Canadian Shield. Mr. Koziol has been responsible for a number of gold and base metal discoveries during his exploration career with the Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation and Cameco Gold Inc.
Paul Chung

Director

International experience and expertise in the management of public companies over the past 19 years make Mr. Chung a valuable asset to the Company's Board of Directors. He is directly involved in the day-to-day operations of the Company.
Barry Girling

Director

Barry has been providing various consulting services to a number of public companies for 15 years and has been involved in various aspects of mineral exploration for over 25 years. He currently serves as a director of i-Minerals Inc. a TSX.V listed company developing industrial mineral assets in Idaho, USA and Search Capital Inc. a TSX.V listed company capital pool company.
