I reported a violation against another Hub Leader for a personal attack against an argument I was making on the board. Instead of countering what I was saying he simply made a personal comment against me. I didn't want to engage in a personal argument on the board so I reported it as a violation on the hopes that Agoracom would process it. Instead the other Hub Leader just went in and processed it by ignoring it.

How do you deal with rogue HL's who report violations just because they don't like people, or report and process their own violations? We seem to have a lot of that lately. Also HL's who simply don't like how the argument is going and process and delete messages.
