Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

It was lovely to read your note a few weeks back.

In the meantime I had lunch with Jim in Waterloo. He is (as always) very upbeat for FMG and continues to buy as much stock as he can.

There are a few financing possibilities, and he is trying his best to secure funds to develop the mine.

I am tapped out with over 2,000,000 shares and warrants...however I would love a few more.

I hope you are well, and let's hope FMG can hit .50 by the end of the year!
