METALLURGY
A proprietary hydro-metallurgical process (Patent pending: Fouad Kamaleddine owner and inventor) has been developed for processing the Magpie ore for the production of high grade iron, titanium, and vanadium oxides. Bench scale and pilot scale results show high grade titanium (rutile) product meeting all specifications as feed for titanium pigment and metal productions.
