"Fancamp granted Bold Ventures Inc./KWG a one year extension on the balance to be spent on the property in order to earn a 50% interest (to September 30, 2016). In return for this extension KWG issued Fancamp an additional 25 million common shares. A further extension will be required." So who has the correct information?
