GREAT THUNDER OPTIONS THE CHUBB AND BOUVIER LITHIUM PROSPECTS
Great Thunder Gold Corp. has optioned the Chubb and Bouvier lithium properties located near Val d'Or, Que.
To exercise the option, Great Thunder will, subject to TSX Venture Exchange acceptance, pay $60,000 over approximately six months, issue 2.4 million shares and grant a 2-per-cent gross metal royalty to the vendor. Great Thunder will also pay a finder's fee to Nathan Rotstein equal to 7 per cent of the number of shares issuable in respect of the option. The finder's fee is payable in shares subject to a four-month hold period.
