I'm not sure what your intent was, in speculating that the debt settlement could have been done at 0.025. For clarity, if it had been, there would have been twice the dilution.

I'm not up to date on management salaries, but there is a limitation imposed on debt settlements for management fees. Well, the Exchange may deny acceptance of the proposed transaction if it relates to management fees of over $2500/month.
