"The Company holds 1,110,000shares of Argex Titanium Inc. (“Argex”). The Company also holds a 2%NSR, rising to 4% two years after production, on Argex’s La Blache property, with an advance royalty of$100,000 to be paid annually, and currently in arrears"

Not sure what the implications would be for fnc should RGX default on payment. Would FNC regain the La Blache property from RGX?
