First, in regards to the Argex Titanium, I believe William White and Roy Bonnell stepped down from the board because the Gulf region was one of Argex partners. The company wanted to keep a distance from Dupont.

If you track the record of FNC financing, P.S. continuously had flow-thorugh share financing with Mineral Fields followed by Marquest every 3-4 months. These shares dumped in the market all the time. After the last property agreement, 10 million common shares payable to SPG Royalties. These shares again has been dumped in the market. A good news, about 350K shares are awaiting at $.025 and P.S. is not going to repeat death spiral financing again (at least for a while).
