He exerciced 525000 options for 306 875 $, and sold 200 000 shares for 171 800 $. He still has 325 000 unsold shares from his exercised options. At 1$ a piece, if he keeps selling, he would add 325 000 $ to his pockets, and end up with a 189 925 $ net profit. Not bad a year! And good to him - one would have done the same thing, I guess... GLTA.
