does he plan on raising more money or does he have enough for the next year?
how much does he need? at what price will he finance? will he go out to tender and test the wide market to get the best price?
how much in fees will he have to pay?
what's the plan for Lamalee? Magpie? - timing of each would be nice?
are there any spin outs of Chm or RGX or Magpie in the offing?
add whatever questions you may have to help us get a sense of Peters' relationship with bay street / wall street - or tin can allley???

Since Peter does Not communicate via News release we need that direct contact.
He won't talk to the dissenters- but he will to his fan club.... so please tell me how you see FNC making gains in value - which ultimately means some concrete ideas to develop its properties.
