Now that the Australia Private Placement has closed, can anyone comment on whether it can be considered a good or bad investment, compared to buying Falcon on the open market?

It seems that with the new Private Placement for the 2 new China investors, and the additional outstanding shares created as a result, that a positive for Australia PP investors is the float.

Am I correct in assuming that?

Any thoughts Soly?
