That's the wierd part. MOL will need 3 production licenses, since their areas are not contiguous. They have so far received 1, and it covers the area where they haven't even drilled yet (as far as we know anyway)

We know from Hungarian news that they have applied for production licenses on the other 2 areas, but they haven't got them yet.
