This is getting interesting. A Taiwan company- Energy Absolute Public Company Limited- is making a large investment in Amita Technologies. http://www.set.or.th/set/newsdetails.do?newsId=14788214137730&language=en&country=US It looks to me like they want batteries for their renewable energy projects both solar and wind. http://www.dcs-digital.com/setweb/downloads/2558q1/20150701_maiea.pdf I think this benefits Electrovaya because I think these are the large format cells Amita is producing with Electrovaya. This company has over 600 MW of solar and wind already installed so if they are looking for storage for these and other projects this could be huge. It's hard to say the exact relationship and arrangement of the deals but we know Amita and Electrovaya are working together. Amita makes batteries for other products but it appears from what we have read previously that they are making cells for EV's and energy storage based on Electrovaya's technology. This could really be an indirect investment in Electrovaya.
