Shorts must think they have "something"? Keep adding to their positions. Are they hanging their hats on hoping Q4 revs will be light?----------------------------------------------------------------
I think they expect Electrovaya to issue shares and dropping the price. Lets look at past prcctice. Remember when EFL was trying to acquire the German plant. We all complained about how much it was going to cost. Worried about how they were going to pay for it. Concerned about how much time the deal as taking? Well they got the plant by trading their technology and very little cash.
Fast forward. I think they are trading their technology for an automated manufacturing process. Amita just had an $18mil raise. My guess it was to help with expenses on the new process. When the next quarter reports, we should have some good questions for the CC and call in. Hopefully they will provide answers in the CC.
The prospectus is for TWO years, so we acn assume they are working a two year plan. If I was Sankar and was going to loose the majority share holder position anyway, I would wait to late in the two year period to sell and get more per share. (If I could)
Sankar has said in the past that he would not issue shares unless there was a distressed property he could pick up on the cheap that theyy needed. He appears to be a good business man so I am hanging in there.
