I feel what is going on with GRZ is almost irrelevant to how VZ will/does treat KRY. Yeah the courts and law say otherwise but the proof is in the pudding here. Belanger treated VZ with some respect in his dealings. Fung treated( I refer to his arrogance) and assumed they were some easily manipulated third world entity. Not far off but be careful there. Those that matter down there see how Belanger has handled things and himself. I believe GRZ has out maneuvered Fung in a big way and in a way that was more beneficial to VZ's best interests, whether or not it plays out that way in the end or not.
