I also sent my request to David Cohen and requested the details. I hold slightly more than 60,000 shares and am very much of the opinion that the deals entered into with a small amount of the award being above the debt amount were reasonable but with a very substantial premium above the debt the reward for tenor and senior management is simply unconscionable
