Belanger may have vastly more regard for shareholders than Fung but I would imagine he has a nervous feeling inside about this "deal". Yeah he may be smart but I don't imagine any smarter than alot of the companies and ceo's that had deals with ven and got shafted in the billions. I don't think you have to be smart to operate and deal in ven, I think you have to be stupid!
