The powers that be use "stakeholders" as inclusive of shareholders in a ruse, despite their actions obviously showing otherwise. The cancelling of the annual meetings approved by the judge, using the excuse of saving money (while everyone felt the burn), was very telling.

Being dark, the Crystallex-Tenor board can reorganize whatever way they so choose. No wonder they are so opposed to the moving parties with an unknown agenda. Sure, the moving parties looks like a white knight. But then, if everone remembers back, so did Tenor when they arrived.

Just looks like everyone out, for what little value is left, for themselves.
