Yeah, he got grilled. Crystallex-Tenor is suspicious. Kinda like what happens on this board, where new members have to prove they are bullish, or be banned. Likely am not alone in being interested in the Moving Parties (MP) true motives after experiencing the Tenor effect.
A white knight rides in at the last minute, after several years? Fines does great, and in ways sounds like everyone will be represented. Keep in mind, Tenor also sounded great to everyone when they arrived on the scene, and folks here fell for it hook, line, and sinker.
