Much hinges on GRZ being able to finance and advance the project. Today on Bay Street, projects of merit in sound jurisdictions are difficult and costly to finance - never mind the credibility of a Vennie Agreement (isn't this the 7th or 8th potenytial operator for the project when you count in all the Russian and Chinese Agreements the Vennies announced).

Will be watching to see ifl buyers emerge on this news or it wains as investors seek liquidity in a thinning and skeptical market.
