Whatever. Unfortunately, the truth is not kind. Like it or not, CCAA views shareholders as responsible for any insolvency by management, so disregard shareholder's in CCAA. It fully explains why Reyes and his attorney have gone along with management's "restructuring in plain sight" thus far under CCAA. Some Googling (and the provided link) verifies that CCAA is not kind to shareholders. And, in fact, CCAA has amendments specifically excluding shareholders.

Proof is in the pudding. Holders here are living the nightmare.
