So in your opinion the smart people are the ones who bought Crystallex shares and the guilable people bought GRZ shares? I think a case can be made for the reverse being true.

You can repeat over and over that Chavez broke the law. Nobody is debating that. The debate started with a comment at what point in time did Fung know Crystallex would become a court case rather than a miner. Maybe Fung tried to keep the possibility open to mine LC but did he do so for shareholders or for management to keep their salaries intact.

If Fung was doing his best for us he certainly had his head in the sand. Having to dilute the company to the extent we are approaching is only hurting shareholders not management who had a sweet deal.
