What my questions are:

Does anyone believe that the current round of funding may get us to an award judgement?

If not, then my thinking is to attack the squandering of the money through the Canadian Bankruptcy court proceedings?

I am thinking the only way to slow this bleeding of percentage to Tenor is through appealing to the Judge's sense of fairness to shareholders. I do not think Reyes has given up and is waiting to see what happens during this round of funding.
