The only shareholder who is able to give official input is the one who is represented by an attorney. If you contacted his attorney for his client's contact info or gave him your contact info to give to his client, there is a reasonable chance that you could speak to him and find out what is really going on, why he went along with the others on the latest financing etc and have a good contact in the future when any questons arise.
