Thanks for the update. Seems there is significant ambiguity in RM's reply.

In number "3" it does not outright say anything about commons receiving anything. The only respective groups ever mentioned in Crystallex disclosures as receiving something from the arbitration proceeds were Management, Tenor, Bondies, and other debtors.

In number "4" that would be basically true with unrevoked stock. The process is a bit more complicated because DTC/DTCC/FINRA hold the trump cards, not the transfer agents.

Regardless, it is an answer.
