RM may be referring to Canadian requirements. Otherwise, the company is significantly behind, and falling further back daily, in disclosing numerous material events to revoked US shareholders.

Blaming Tenor now. Nice. Always fault everywhere else but the company.

RM also said the SEC suspension was a mistake. SEC revoked. RM also said that revoked US shares are unregistered. SEC regulations say otherwise. RM statements started rumors that revoked US shares can be privately traded. SEC regulations say otherwise. Also, rumors of revoked stock being re-registered. The SEC, DTCC, and FINRA would disagree with that.

Anything RM states is his, and his own, opinion. Trust, but verify.

There is an opinion that matters to revoked US shareholders - the SEC's.
