Wasn't tomorrow the deadline for the new deal with the Bondies?

And wasn't Tenor therefore material in refinancing or extending? It seems Kry only had enough money advanced by Tenor, that's $3 million, rather than the $10 million they needed to keep the Bondies on side, once they went into default on their agreement with Tenor.

Anyone know anything further about this?
