The worst parts of this whole legal/financial mess with the Bondie's/Tenor/Managment and Arbitration with Ven is that in the final outcome we the retail shareholders will get only (if any) a small proportion of our original investment. Canadian shareholders are left with devalued shares they can not trade on any exchange.

On the other hand through International Politics, Legal manipulation, Regulational contrivaty and Contractual formilation concerning financial matters, Managment and all of these players and associates are getting the going rate in fee's and salaries, which is called the "burn rate''. This will continue untill there is a conclusion, it's in there best interest to keep the pot on simmer for what ever their stratagies are. Greed can F**k the best of minds.
