Noted in the recent motion filings the "Independent Director" developed the Plan proposal due Oct 11. Should see soon, postings of Monitor's communication with creditors concerning "claims process" on E&Y. Plan deadline November 23. Day after Thanksgiving. They sure know how to pick deadline days.
