The noteholders can say anything they want. The Supreme court won't hear this case and even if they did why would anyone expect a different outcome.

They have played all their cards and they simply have a losing hand. They tried to bluff and were called only to look stupid.

I'm waiting for those noteholders who were friendly to us to sue the other noteholders for wasting their money through legal fees and paying ours.

Maybe someone can call stu and see why they want to waste more money.
