ian, i came to the same conclusion with regard to the award..not necessarily because fung caps out at 700mil (that's a good one) but because i dont see kry being awarded any more than that. personally i dont see "lost profits" being awarded. in any case if there's money to be taken from shareholders fung will find it imo...
