What if?

Been a long time since I've posted, but still lurk here in a vain attempt to stay informed. Like many who lurk, I should probably do far more DD than I do, and at this point I am simply hoping for at least a little profit out of this pig that has anchored my money for the last (nearly) 5 years (I've averaged down to $.65).

As I see it, there are now 4 possibilities (in order of probability):

1. Settle near term (hopefully not for a song)

2. Arb award in a couple years

3. Buyout

4. KRY actually gets the permit issued (extraordinarily low probability)

Am I right on these last two? Are they legally possible?
