JC, very well put. The disclosure from Reyes confirmed what we already knew. Shareholders are getting screwed by everyone.

A big part of my rant about management wasn't about how much they were taking (which is way too high) but they way they have us hostage but say they are looking out for us.

In every scenarion management comes out with a bag of money. Tenor wants them to have 10% and the noteholders would want them to stay on for whatever amount they settle on.
