i think jaun effectively showed where management is getting 20%.... + possible salary/bonus/options... + the options they have now ...

the way the deal is currently being proposed i see no possible appreciation of stock price from where we are now unless they actually got $3.2 bil which i think is a pipe dream..

if i had to value the arbitration, i think $700 mil is a pretty fair assumption when compared to other awards. after you take out the bondholders + interest, the big DIP screw and the big management screw, that does'nt leave a lot to divide into 400 million shares...

i just cant believe that the guys who built up all this debt over the years with big salary's, big expenses and even bigger related party transactions will be the same guys collecting the award...
