Agreed JJ, not seeing this necessarily means a buyout in the works.

The Rights Plan PR announcement states: "The New Rights Plan is not being adopted in response to any proposal to acquire control of the Company."

That sentence pretty much says it all. So, why all the posts about take-over?

Unless folks don't believe the company PR's having true information...

Uh,... Oh,... Ok,... I get it now... ;-)
