surprise, surprise....just like a scheme of paying one's credit card debt with another credit card.......the walls are starting to crumble for this regime.....methinks we have more of these "where did the money go" scenarios over the next year...and excellerating if he passes or gets defeated.

it is predictable ...the only question as always is they exact timeframe a la credit crunch in the banking industry.

looks like even a resource rich country cannot pay for socialism either.
