I don't know if we can assume that the DIP will be getting 49%. With competing bids we could see that number reduced or even eliminated. We will know in about 2 weeks.

The deadlines were Feb. 1st for bids but that has been pushed back to Feb. 4th. In keeping with the same time line the successful bid should be known on Feb. 9th instead of Feb. 6th. I would imagine it will be posted by the 10th which is a Friday.
