My comment was based upon the belief that the winnig bid and its terms might not be announced until the Outside Date of April 2. You will note that the Successful Bidder Determination Deadline, the CCAA Court Approval Deadline, and the Bankruptcy Court Approval Deadline are all "subject to the Outside Date" of April 2, all of which means that the successful bid might not be announced until April 2.
