There really is no "if." Only Big Guys left according to Nov filings are: Wiliam Harris Investors (25k), Texan Capital Mgmt (12.8k), PacWest Fin (10.3k), and Iwamoto Kong & Co (1.6k)

If Big Guys are re-entering, we will not find out until mid-February when they file disclosures. They might possibly file an SC13G/a within the next few days, and we would learn of entry earlier.

100k shares is about $8k at today's sp. Penny players are not necessarily small time players.

Speculating it is possible we are seeing a changing of the guard, so to speak. Longs and spec players who are tired of waiting for a PP PR selling to new spec blood willing to wait it out. NITE is doing a commendable job at holding the line as it could have been much uglier.
